After receiving your referral, we will contact you promptly to schedule a free consultation. We should already have an X-ray of your tooth from your referring dentist, which can assist in the initial assessment of your case. However, please note that Adam will always supplement this with his own X-rays, which will be taken at your consultation appointment. In certain cases, a 3D CBCT scan is required to support the diagnosis and planning of your case.
During your consultation, we will confirm the diagnosis and inform you about the options, including their benefits, drawbacks, costs, and expected outcomes. You will also have the opportunity to ask any questions you may have.
For teeth that appear badly damaged by caries (decay) or cracks, a restorability assessment may be necessary before root canal treatment can be prescribed. This would be performed at a separate appointment from the initial consultation and would incur a fee (see price list).
If you choose to proceed with treatment, additional appointments will be scheduled at the clinic.
